Every puppy in Deliemers Kennel undergoes a thorough veterinary examination by a licensed veterinarian before joining your family. This comprehensive health check ensures that your puppy is in excellent physical condition and free from any visible health issues. We prioritise the well-being of our puppies and take every precaution to ensure they are healthy and ready to become a cherished member of your household.

To give your puppy the best possible start in life, we provide age-appropriate vaccinations. These vaccinations protect your puppy against common diseases and help build a strong immune system. You will receive a detailed vaccination record, so you know exactly which vaccines your puppy has received and when future boosters are due.

We take proactive measures to protect our puppies from intestinal parasites, which are common in young dogs. All puppies are dewormed according to a veterinarian-recommended schedule, ensuring they are healthy and free from parasites before they go home with you.

To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a 1-Year Health Guarantee that covers hereditary and congenital conditions.

Our health guarantee covers the following:

• Hereditary Conditions: These are health issues that are genetically inherited, such as hip dysplasia, heart defects, or certain eye conditions.
• Congenital Conditions: These are health problems present at birth, such as cleft palate or heart murmurs.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a hereditary or congenital condition within one year of adoption, we will work with you to address the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement Puppy: We will provide a replacement puppy of equal value, subject to availability.
• Refund: A partial or full refund may be offered, depending on the severity of the condition and the circumstances.
• Financial Assistance: In some cases, we may contribute toward the cost of veterinary treatment for the diagnosed condition.
